Jim has written 4 best selling books on tele-sales including “The Tele-Sales Coach” which will be released in summer of 2010. Featured in such publications as “The Financial Post,” “Profit Magazine,” “Selling Power,” “Sales and Marketing Management,” “Advertising Age,” “The Globe and Mail” and others, Jim is considered a “expert author” specializing in tele-sales. He has also appeared on numerous radio and television programs regarding telephone selling and marketing.

Jim has also published hundreds of articles that have been featured around the world. He writes and edits two additional newsletters in addition to this blog. He has been a guest lecturer at various universities and colleges and has been a key note speaker at various associations and conferences including such audiences as the Japanese Telemarketing Association and the Swedish Economic Development Board.
